CaldrionDigital AssetsSearchShare an opportunity

Process

From whitepaper to decision.

A technical review of the code, the token economics and the team, then a direct conversation with the people who decide.

01The steps

One form, a clear answer.

Decisions are made by a small internal investment committee that meets weekly. We need no outside approvals and no fundraising to close.

  1. 01

    Submit

Send the opportunity through our form. Share a link to non-confidential materials (whitepaper, deck or data room); we sign NDAs promptly when there is mutual interest.

  2. 02

    Technical review

Our digital assets team reads the whitepaper, the code and the tokenomics model, and looks at who the team is and how the protocol is governed.

  3. 03

    Feedback

We aim to give initial feedback within 72 hours of receiving a complete package.

  4. 04

    NDA and diligence

If there is mutual interest, we sign an NDA promptly, meet the team and go deeper: audits, contracts, vesting, treasury, legal structure and how the token reaches holders.

  5. 05

    Decision

Our investment committee, which meets weekly, approves the terms. We need no outside approvals.

  6. 06

    Execution and ownership

We execute from our own balance sheet, hold assets under our custody controls and stay involved: we vote actively in the protocols we hold.

02Intermediaries

For protocol teams and advisors.

Protocol teams, foundations, advisors and co-investors can propose partnerships, early-stage rounds and OTC opportunities.

Liquidity and governance. We can provide liquidity to new protocols and structured products, and we vote actively in the protocols we hold.

Advisors and intermediaries. We treat advisors who introduce opportunities as an extension of our team, and we respond to them as we would to a protocol team.

Co-investors. Families and institutions can invest directly alongside Caldrion in an opportunity, never into a Caldrion vehicle.

Materials and NDAs. Share a link to non-confidential materials (whitepaper, deck or data room); we sign NDAs promptly when there is mutual interest.

03Questions

Common questions.

Short answers from our published criteria.

Do you invest through SAFTs or token warrants?

Yes. We invest through spot purchases, SAFTs, or token warrants (a SAFT is a simple agreement for future tokens).

What size of project do you consider?

Liquid tokens with a market cap of $500M+, and early-stage protocol rounds at a valuation of $10M+.

Which sectors do you focus on?

Infrastructure, DeFi, and scaling: Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks; consumer and gaming applications.

What do you look for in a protocol?

Transparent, sustainable supply schedules and clear value accrual to token holders; an active developer community with audited, open-source code; and, for liquid tokens, high daily volume on top-tier exchanges.

Do you invest in meme coins or projects with anonymous teams?

No. We do not invest in meme coins or projects with anonymous teams.

Does a token need to be listed?

Not for an early-stage round, which we join through a SAFT or token warrant before a token trades. For liquid tokens, we look for high daily volume on top-tier exchanges.

When will we hear back?

We aim to give initial feedback within 72 hours of receiving a complete package. A complete package includes links to the whitepaper or technical documentation, the tokenomics model and, if applicable, the code repository.

Whose capital do you invest, and can others invest with you?

Caldrion is a single family office: it invests only its own capital, has no outside investors or clients, and does not offer securities. Families and institutions can invest directly alongside Caldrion in an opportunity, never into a Caldrion vehicle.

How long do you hold?

Our capital is permanent and free from fixed fund lives, so no timetable forces us to sell. We can hold core positions through full market cycles and respect long vesting schedules in early-stage rounds.

Do you take part in governance?

Yes. We vote actively in the protocols we hold, helping steer their direction and upgrades. We read proposals and form our own view.
